The worst choice I could have made for MA to NH interstate moving and storage and delivery to new location in Dec 2024. 9 household pieces of furniture were damaged, broken legs, tops of table cracked etc. when returned. We received an immediate acknowledgement from the shipper with directions to file a claim which we did in a timely manner. An agreement was reached Oct 2025 for the damage amount based on approximate weight. I have been ghosted since that time in getting my payment of $500 and complaints have been filed to the NYC Consumer Services Division and also the US Department of Transportation.
The team was prepared and professional throughout the move. They worked steadily and handled my belongings respectfully. I was happy with how smoothly everything came together.
