I was referred to this company by safe ship. I didn't get the service I paid for. They didn't come when they was suppose to. The packers were passive aggressive. I had to keep going behind them. They didn't go by the inventory. They took things they were told not to. They over charged me. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get the furniture. I called/texted Elliot and didn't get a response back on when or where my furniture was after I texted him the order number. They lost 2 boxes of important things. I had to take pictures of the receipt, was told the pictures I took was the final receipt when asked for final receipt. They broke things. They were leaving things in the cabinets and closets. Did a complaint with BBB but haven't heard anything back from them. Last time I talked to them, they was still investigating. It was a horrible experience. I wish I had used 2 different companies.
