I hired this company expecting professionals who knew what they were doing. I’d clearly mentioned that my apartment was on the 3rd floor, but the movers arrived without proper equipment for stairs. They struggled with each piece, complained the entire time, and ended up leaving deep scrapes on the railing. By the end, they had the nerve to charge me extra for ‘complex conditions’, even though I informed them of the stairs upfront. A truly disappointing experience!
Scam artists! They quoted me one price but hiked it up by $500 once everything was loaded on the truck. My vintage bookshelf arrived in splinters, and several boxes had clearly been opened during transport. Customer service refused to assist, stating it "wasn't their responsibility”. Never again!
The moving team was very disrespectful! They dumped boxes on the ground outside, and left them in the rain while they took a break. All my things arrived ruined! I can’t wrap my head around the fact that they’re still up and running – their business has no grounds operating!
Jackson and his team arrived late and took breaks more often than they actually moved. They failed to complete the work on time, which was a terrible experience.
The movers' lack of attention to detail astounded me. They treated my breakables as if they were unbreakable. When I contacted to complain about the damage to many of my priceless antiques, I didn't even accept this. Bad service!
