I booked these movers to help my mom get into a smaller apartment, and I was probably more nervous about the day than she was. She’d been in the same house for almost twenty years. We’d spent several weekends sorting things out, but there were still boxes she wanted to check one more time and furniture she wasn’t completely sure about taking. I explained that when I booked because I wanted everyone to know what they were walking into. The crew arrived, introduced themselves to her, and let her show them around. She gave them the whole history of a little table in the hallway, and they listened. I could tell that put her at ease. She asked a few of the same questions as the morning went on, mostly about where things were going and whether she’d be able to find them later. They answered her patiently each time. I was running between the house and the car, trying to keep track of the keys, her purse, and the bag of things we wanted to carry ourselves, so I appreciated how well she got along with them. At the apartment, she had a fairly definite idea of where she wanted the furniture, right up until she saw it in the room. Then she realized her usual arrangement was going to block the balcony door. We stood there looking at it for a minute, and one of the movers suggested turning the sofa and putting the smaller chair near the window. She liked that, so they helped get it arranged. I was happy they asked her directly where she wanted things. It was her new place, and she was already having a hard enough time leaving the old one. Before they finished, we made sure she could get to the boxes with her everyday dishes and the things she needed for the bedroom. They moved a couple of heavier boxes closer to the closet so she wouldn’t be trying to drag them across the room later. That evening, we picked up dinner and ate at her table surrounded by boxes. She kept saying how nice the guys had been. I was worn out from the whole week, but the actual move had gone much better than I’d expected. I’d worried I would have to manage every little part of it, and I ended up having time to help her settle in. I was really grateful for their patience. I’d feel comfortable hiring that crew again.

I had to work the morning after this move, so I was already stressed about getting settled enough to find my clothes and get out the door on time. I’d packed almost everything, but by the last night I was just putting random things into whatever box still had room. Definitely not my most organized moment. The movers were easy to deal with. I mentioned that I needed my bedroom stuff fairly accessible, and they made sure those boxes didn’t end up buried behind everything else. One of them asked where I wanted the bed before putting it together, which sounds obvious, but I was tired enough that I would’ve let them set it up anywhere and regretted it later. I appreciated being asked. The flat rate helped a lot, too. I knew what I was paying before the day started, and that was the amount on the final bill. Between the move and getting the new place ready, I’d been checking my bank account more than usual. It felt really good to pay what I’d planned for and be finished with it. I had clean sheets on the bed that night and found everything I needed for work without opening twenty boxes. I was honestly so pleased. There was still plenty to unpack, but the hard part was done, and I’d happily use them again.

I was trying to keep this move within a budget, so I asked a lot of questions about the price before I booked. I gave them a list of the furniture, told them about the stairs, and asked whether taking apart our bed was included. They gave me a flat rate for the move. I liked having one number, but I’ll admit I still wondered if it would somehow be different at the end. The day itself was pretty normal for a move—hot, tiring, and a little disorganized on my end. I was looking for my keys while the crew was already bringing boxes out. Then we realized I’d left a few things in the bathroom cabinet. They gave me a minute to grab them and kept working. The bed took longer to take apart than I thought it would, but nobody made a fuss about it. At the new place, they asked where the heavier furniture should go. I was glad they did, because I would not have wanted to move the dresser myself later. A couple of boxes ended up in the wrong room, but honestly, by that point I had stopped giving very clear directions. The important stuff was handled carefully, and we got everything inside. I kept the original quote on my phone and checked it when the bill came. The amount was exactly the flat rate they’d given me. No extra charge for the bed, no change because the day took a while. It was nice to finish an already exhausting day without having to question the bill. I’d use them again, and I’d tell a friend to be as clear about their furniture as I was when getting the quote.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY DO NOT USE!!!!! Was quoted $550 Flat rate fee for move, guys showed up and began loading. Soon as we got to the new house they proceeded to tell me my new amount is $3,900 and if I didnt pay was holding my stuff and taking it. This is what they do go check all there reviews of scamming people. I recorded "the boss" telling me if I didnt pay or called the cops they are taking my stuff. BE SURE TO TAKE VIDEO AND PICTURES OF THE MOVERS AS WELL!

I hired movers to help my daughter move into her first apartment, and I think I was more nervous than she was. The crew was friendly from the moment they arrived and made the whole day feel less stressful. They were especially careful with her desk and helped position the bed so she still had room in the small bedroom. They even moved it again when she changed her mind. Everything arrived safely, and the final amount was exactly the flat rate we had been quoted. Seeing her settled in and excited by the end of the day was such a relief. I’d gladly recommend them to another family.
