I would leave 0 stars if that was even possible, where do I even start? Don't let David's kind nature over the phone fool you, he not only did not show up or answer all of mine and my fiancée's phone calls, but he didn't even have the decency to reply to my text messages asking if my family and I need to look for other movers. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. How this company ever got the reviews that they have gotten is beyond me. Set me back a day and missed work trying to wrap things up with my move because 1st Pick Movers, a company I put trust in never kept their word and left me COMPLETELY high and dry. Disgusted by the level of unprofessionalism.
