I totally trusted this company because they had moved me several times in the past. This last move was horrific. They broke irreplaceable items, including a lot of artwork and antiques and family heirlooms, up to $20,000 in damages. When I showed them all the broken pieces, including torn upholstery on a very new and nice couch, and asked for compensation, they simply told me that the stuff was broken before they moved it, and I had not packed it well enough. Neither of those things are true. I was very reasonable and they have completely ghosted me. I will not hire this company ever again. Be fair warned.
