My experience with ITX Moving ( Raymond) was awful from start to finish. From the beginning, there was a complete lack of transparency regarding costs. They provided an initial estimate that turned out to be completely inaccurate, and on moving day, they charged a much higher price. Despite asking multiple times if the quoted price was final, they still hit me with hidden fees that were never disclosed. Their customer service is nonexistent. Once I hired them, they stopped responding to my emails and calls, making the entire process even more frustrating. To make matters worse, my furniture arrived in terrible condition several pieces were damaged, and my TV no longer worked after the move. For the price they charge, you’d expect professionalism and transparency, but instead, you get disorganization, poor communication, and terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
