They can pack everything up super quickly and have it ready to go, but it will not arrive in the same condition it was packed. All the items I’m unpacking that were padded and wrapped up by them are broken.

I unfortunately had a bad experience once I arrived to my destination. While the guys were respectful and packed my truck to a tee, they didn’t use any of the plastic wrap they came with nor did they use any buffer on my wood tables when they put them in the truck. Horrible surprise to see my tables completely GOUGED. On top of that I specifically asked for my couch pillows to be wrapped and they only wrapped one???? Common sense would lend to all of them being wrapped to prevent expensive fabric cleaning later on which now I have to do.
