Horrible company. If you ever deal with Steven Shelly, this business operates in BAD FAITH. I do not recommend using or working with these movers at all. Horrible business to get in contact with and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Customer Service is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! My delivery is a 6 hr drive 437 miles. Can be done in one day. After my 7th phone call trying to get ahold of customer service someone FINALLY answered. Yesterday I was told my delivery would be Friday 7/11. Now I'm being told it will be placed on a truck on 7/10 but will be a few MORE days until I actually receive it. So who knows when (if) I will get my stuff. (Convinced they've lost my stuff and are trying to cover themselves). Every single freaking time I call this POS company they keep moving the goal post. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, this lady told me there is no one she can transfer me to. Then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back, pressed a different option, spoke to someone and was transferred to a supervisor (you know, the one the orig lady couldn't transfer me to). Funny how all this company has all 5 star ratings that were generated within the last few months (fake or paid) and they are no were to be found on Yelp. Suspicious. IF YOU EVER WANT TO SEE YOUR STUFF AGAIN DO NOT HIRE THIS SCAM COMPANY! THEY'VE BEEN NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE TO DEALWITH AND I CAN'T WAIT TO BE DONE WITH THEM. "Owner" lies and continues to move the goal post. My move is 437 miles and a 6 hr drive. ALL signed documents state I should be receiving MY PROPERTY within 0-7 days from the pick up date. No, this has NOTHING to do with charging additional same day delivery bs. All documents have a time frame based on the milage to your delivery destination. Now the "owner" is stating I won't receiving MY PROPERTY until 21 DAYS later???!!!! WTF? I need my stuff NOW. Not a month later, whenever you feel like dropping off my stuff. I am extremely upset with this company and will NEVER recommend them to anyone (that I like). I will continue calling until I get MY PROPERTY. Customer service never picks up the phone and when they eventually do (after continues calling) , I'm told, "we will look into it and call you back". Yup, you guessed it right, I've never received a call back. Worse "delivery" company I've ever worked with. I'm telling you all, I just paid these people to steel my stuff and I have a gut feeling I will never see MY PROPERTY again. Worse company I've ever delt with.
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and pick up was ROUGH! My move is 6 hr drive 437 miles. Can be done in one day. It's been an entire week + and still no updates or delivery. Customer service never picks up on the first try. Takes me calling back to back for about 30 min for someone to get annoyed enough to pick up. PLUS upon pick up they quoted me MORE than my original quote. Classic bate and switch. I'm going to assume that when (if) they actually deliver my stuff, I'll be quoted MORE for some magical reason they'll make up. The guys who picked up my stuff were extremely rough with my boxes, slamming them around. I've already looked into filing claims for my stuff that I'm expecting to be broken. I BELIEVE I'VE BEEN SCAMMED AND I WILL NOT BE RECEIVING MY PROPERTY. I SHOULD HAVE DONE MORE RESEARCH. YOU DON'T THINK IT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU UNTIL IT DOES. ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
I just moved from Arlington VA to Dallas TX (wouldn't let me pick Texas on this site) with Pacific Van Lines and I can’t say enough good things about them. The whole team was super professional and got the job done quickly. Jeff my mover was a total rock star. He showed up right on time worked his tail off and made sure all my stuff was packed up safely. I was blown away by how fast they delivered everything and not a single item was damaged. Moving can be such a hassle but Jeff and the crew made it so easy. I’d definitely use Pacific Van Lines again and would recommend them to anyone especially if you get Jeff!
