I would rate this company a 0 star if I could. They are playing games with me. To start with, my stuff was moved from California to arizona the year prior in a 750cb ft truck and we had plenty of room left over in addition, we sold several items that we were not taking with us on this move. When Billionz showed up they said our stuff takes up 800-900 cubic feet and they would need to increase our quote. Which we definitely knew it was not that much and stated such. The worker then went back to talk to Al on the phone who said regardless of cubic feet, they would not accept the job for over $1000 what was quoted. This moving company was selected for me through a broker and after having my items for two weeks, he said he couldn't find any trucks to move my stuff after accepting it and picking it up. They said the only thing they could do to get me my stuff was to put it in uhaul pods and ship it to me. So much for a full service company when we had to pick up our pods and unload ourselves. This company owes me $633 because they made me pay for the uhaul and it was that much over their quoted price and said he would refund me the money. YET THEY ARE GHOSTING ME now that the job is done. I also had damages and missing items to claim and Al states he put a claim in but we have yet to see any information. Now he is straight up ignoring myself as well as the broker company who has been trying to get a hold of him for the past 2.5 weeks. Whatever you do, do NOT move with this company. They play games and ignore phone calls when things go down hill. I have text messages to prove that he was delaying the process on purpose because he was afraid of a bad review. Well, you did this to yourself. You intentionally are pissing off customers.
We were assigned Billionz Move Co. as our moving company via a broker. Al Worked with me throughout the whole moving process, he explained to me what the cubic footage of my shipment is and provided us with a price before loading our shipment as well as how long it will take to deliver. The crew was fast and loaded our shipment within 6 hours. things were ready to load, and they wasted no time to finish the job. On delivery a different crew helped us, and they did a great job as well.
Great crew, our move took one day to finish. 5 men showed up, wrapped and loaded our stuff within no time. Pick was oct 27th and This morning delivery crew showed up and delivered my furniture and boxes.
Professionalism and work ethics is found in this company. I appreciate the work they did for me during my move, all parties from Billionz Move Company were helpful and informative, no games from their side . They moved us on September 17th and delivered as requested on November 16th .
We moved in oct and were delivered same week, we used a broker for our move and Billionz Move was our moving company, we are glad to have them move us. Crew showed up early in the morning and finish around 1pm. will hire them again
