The guys that came to my house were very great. I could tell they put in a lot of effort and they had been working for a while that day already. They did show up an hour late, but they were very apologetic. I also had the office call me a little bit earlier in the day to let me know that they were going to be late. I did have work so this was slightly disappointing, but in the grand scheme of things it really wasn't that bad. The rest of the move went great. I would recommend if you don't have a tight schedule.
I help my parents move a few months ago and one of my friends recommended Bernard movers. I had never heard of them before Oh, and I consider myself very good at researching. I did some research and found out that might be a good idea if I give them a call. When I did I felt very comfortable. They did an excellent job at answering my questions. From there on out everything went really smooth. I was with my parents the whole time, as they were more nervous than I was (obviously). I would definitely recommend Bernard to anyone who's looking for an easy mover.
Very easy to work with. The only complaint I have is waiting around for an extra hour. My time is very important to me. Everything else was seamless. Very pleased and would recommend.
