Beware of corrupt people! They give you one price, promise a delivery date, don’t label our boxes, change prices, don’t tell you about added fees…and straight out lie! Try and get your contract… good luck. Try and have them return phone calls or text messages, they don’t , especially if you’re a woman. Most unprofessional people ever. Promised a delivery of 3 days out from pickup of items. Everyday was another excuse. 11 days of being joked around they finally show up. One person to unload… one. I couldn’t believe it. Then they tried adding another $2500 plus fees plus surcharges on. After arguing I told them to keep the items… he was annoyed but I didn’t care. He said he was the owner… then I said if he wanted to get paid the original amount and not a cent more he had to do it my way. No more money until everything was unloaded and put in the storage unit. He argued more that he couldn’t do it that way… I said as the owner he could do whatever it took to get the job done. I refused to budge about giving him more money and not giving him the final amount until unloaded. He did it. It took over 4 hours in 90* weather. He was rude, didn’t like dealing with a woman, lied about sending documents. They even said they told us, which they never did, they had a 5 to 7 day window from pickup to deliver…. We were on day 11. (Eleven) ! They broke their own contract! I could go on about this confrontational situation… but they picked the wrong person to try and rip off. I would never, ever, tell anyone to use this company.
We had to rebook the service due to some emergency which fell through at the last minute. On rebooking, the service was fabulous, and the drivers were courteous, efficient, and the move went effortlessly. Packing was done very precisely keeping in mind the delicate items and all the items were placed carefully in the van. Despite the change in the dates, there was no issue with any of the service we used, would definitely use them again.
