I had the most fascinating experience with Moving squad. They were very understanding and willing to accommodate my needs even within a short time-frame. I needed to organize everything as soon as possible as moving day was quickly approaching and I didn’t start the moving preparations on time. In spite off all odds they managed to coordinate all moving tasks and took great care of the logistics of the move. They were so fantastic that I consider hiring them again for my next move. They are the b e s t!!!
I believe Moving Squad did a pretty good job of time. There could have been a few things that we’re better, but overall it was a good experience. The price was accurate, which was one of the most important points for me. They didn’t raise the price of one pick up, which I read so many reviews about. The movers were nice, I did buy a full pack for my move so I didn’t have to do it. They arrived on time and got my items delivered a few days after I expected. This was not a big deal for me. However, two of my lamps to break during the move. I am in the middle of a claims process right now. In the grand scheme of things, I would use them again.
My experience with Moving Squad was good. They were flexible with timing and meeting my needs for pickup. I had some things to do in the morning, so they pushed my pickup to the afternoon. I had a long distance move and had no idea what to expect. Customer service told me to expect my items to arrive anywhere between 5-24 days. My items did arrive a little late, but only by 2 days of the expected time. I also did not know there were regulations for the drivers to follow. I had a few damaged items, but was provided claims information and that was taken care of shortly after. Overall, I am satisfied with my move.
Moving Squad movers were 2 hours late which caused a series of delays due to the rush hour and bad weather conditions. So, instead of delivering my items around 7pm, they showed up the next morning. Luckily, I had my essentials box with me, so I could make my bed and go to sleep instead of staying up all night and waiting for my movers. They have called me several times so at least I knew that everything was ok with them. With all those moving horror stories I find myself lucky to end up just with a delayed delivery. It could’ve been much worse.
