Worrying about moving decor and kitchen items safely. The team took great care in wrapping and using the right boxes and loading and unloading without haste over delicate items.
The booking process was on a normal level. All confirmed by email and repeated the night before to clarify any last-minute changes, and even helped us in unpacking after delivery, Tip Top Moving confirmed all of this. We had a smooth move, thanks to them!
This weekend we moved our office for accounting and the staff ensured desks, computers and document boxes were placed exactly where requested. No moving day antics on Monday morning!
This move was much more stressful than it needed to be. The movers did not seem properly prepared and several details were unclear. Communication with the company was frustrating throughout the process. I would not recommend this service.
I moved just few blocks but this company treated my move as a long distance move. They went in, went out and didn't break anything. My crystal collection survived, too, in my crystal crockery. I applaud them!
