To find a company that is willing to listen to and take my requests. They took the boxes out by hand after I asked them to handle my child's box of hand-painted ceramics with extra care. It meant a lot to me.
This was my first solo move, and I didn't really know what to expect. However, the movers were nice; they explained the complete plan in detail. They also sent my items before the scheduled time!
Hundreds of books made it seem difficult to move our home library. They had to pack them into boxes that were not too large, easy to carry and easy to open when they arrived.
We moved our craft room, which contained our craft supplies and storage bins. The transportation did not result in any items or materials being lost, and all items remained organised.
