I will definitely NOT recommend Queen city moving company nor will reach them again. They committed 11 am but their guys came only around 1 pm after multiple follow-ups. No professionalism. They were very slow in moving things and focus was clearly on extending and charging an additional hour than committed one. Their Boss Bryant keep speaking to them over phone during their work time and instruction them 5 -10 mins in advance to stop work and pester for UHaul payment code. Me and family ended up in carrying most of the items in the last hour along with fixing the left over items after an extra hour of charge. Really unprofessional behavior. Because of their pathetic work and delayed start, I had to miss the committed return time of U haul truck as paid extra. Pls avoid this moving company at any cost.
They were awesome, very courteous, helpful, great rates, amazing customer service! I didn't have a ride to meet them, they even made sure that I got to and from the storage where I left my thing's at. I will be using them again!
