They acknowledged that they did damage and stated that they would reimburse promptly. It has been 8 months and I have not received any compensation. On moving day, they brought a truck that was too small for our furniture. They spent 4 hours loading, unloading, pushing, and shoving before they finally decided to get a trailer to pull behind the truck. Only some of the damage was noticed when they unloaded at our new home because it was almost midnight due to their delays. We did not see all the damage until the next day.
