We hired Glass City movers in August of 2021 everything went well till our move. First of all they hired 2 helpers for our move and what should have been a 3 hour deal took 7 hours. The truck was not packed properly from the beginning and I knew there would be damage because it wasn't done right. I knew this to be so because I worked in the trucking industry for 40 years before retiring. We took the high-end insurance for the move and when our belongings were delivered there was damage and some of our things were missing. And still have not been returned to us at all. We filed a claim and have yet to hear anything on our settlement and it will be 2 years since we filed the claim. My wife has sent emails and gets no response from Glass City Movers or their insurance company. I can't see how these people stay in business when this kind of thing goes on. The only thing that I can do at this point is contact my attorney and the BBB and see if we can recover some of our losses. Although I'm not optimistic at this point in time. Do not hire Glass City Movers
