I was moved on 08/28/23 the truck showed up at 9:30 and was 14' instead of the promised 26' truck. When the truck was filled 3 large items were left, when the mgr. john davies was told i did not want to pay a 2nd trip he became hostile and told his men to empty everything in my garage and charge me the full move rate. Troy did deliver the load but the fine mgr. refused to let them come back, for the desk t.v. and table. I had to hire anther mover and paid $350. to deliver what the fine gentleman refused to bring. They were rated good by my independant facility I moved to and that will change as word gets out about monkinators ltd. company also look at bbb for monkinator ltd.
