if I could give 0 stars I would!! This company is as worthless as T*ts on a bull!! I had booked with this company on 4/15/24 - for 8am to 10am on 4/27/24 - by 4/17/24 we found out that Uhaul would not allow us to pick up the truck until 9am on 4/27 - So on 4/17 I started to call them to see if we could change the time. I called and called and called for days!! Finally someone from their company Sonia McCary called me back on 4/23/24!!!! I told her what was going on and she said she would call me back - went through the whole day with no response!! Then on 4/24/24 I get a call from Dominic - telling me they could not accomodate my time ! I was furious and told him if someone would have returned the call when we originally called on 4/17. we wouldnt be having this conversation!! Then proceeds to have a pissing contestwith me via text messages on how I was unprofessional??? Im the customer!! It was their business that I hired!! I had to go to Movinghelp.com and cancel and reschedule another moving company 3 days before I was ready to move. Like I said, I am the customer, and my accomodations should have been handled and all I got was a really hard time. I DON'T RECOMMEND this company, communication is a real problem here. And Dominic...you have no clue how to run a PROFESSIONAL business.
