Once they started, it was painfully slow. They took one item at a time instead of carrying multiple boxes. I had to remind them that the dolly was right there! Instead, they took turns carrying my couch down a flight of stairs inch by inch. Don’t hire these movers.
At the new place, they literally tossed my boxes into rooms without even asking where they should go. One guy almost dropped my TV. If I hadn’t yelled, it would’ve been in pieces. These people suck!!
If you ever need help from their customer service, good luck. I called to confirm my booking a day before, and the guy on the phone literally sounded half-asleep. He said, Oh yeah, yeah, you’re good, then hung up. Didn’t ask for my name! The movers were very rude and unprofessional;
This company literally left my move half-finished. They loaded up my furniture, then said they had another job they had to get to before finishing mine. Um… what? So they left with half my stuff and told me they’d be back later in the evening. Trust me this company is terrible!!
The movers did a great job packing all the tv and appliances. Not too many movers can move our heavy piano.! Took care of our big China cabinet - We had to move to a new place on a 2nd floor it was amazing to see them take all the heavy items to the 2nd floor
