The owner, Ryan, and one staff member were hired to move a vintage Henredon bedroom suite from Dallas to Austin. The move was supposed to be on the 27th and on the 26th Ryan moved the date to the 28th. He was supposed to load at 0900 and unload in Austin by 3:00. He was 90 minutes late to load and then reported that he needed to get two new tires on his trailer and would be a couple of hours late leaving Dallas. He didn't leave Dallas until around 4:30 after texting that he didn't have the delivery address, which had been provided when the quote for the move was given. He arrived in Austin at 7:25 and wanted the second half of the payment before he unloaded the furniture. This was a complete change in the business arrangement. Instructions were given to provide a picture of the completed set-up in the bedroom before leaving. He unloaded the furniture in the garage, 3 pieces have visible damage with large pieces of chipped wood laying on the concrete. He left and didn't contact me about not adhering to the details of the job which included set-up and didn't notify me r if the damages. When these issues were brought to his attention with a request for his insurance coverage information, his response was surly with denial. Do yourself a huge favor and protect your valuable investment by using another company who adheres to the terms of the job, respects your time and valuable property, and provides an avenue for damage compensation and refunds payment for services not completed. I had to give at least one star to provide this information, but this company deserves zero stars!
