Evolution Moving Company New Braunfels

ALTHOUGH THE COMPANY TOOK 15 MINUTES OFF OUR BILL FOR LUNCH (BUT WE BOUGHT THEM LUNCH AND DINNER AND THEY ATE ALLOT LONGER THAN THAT) AND THEY CHARGED FOR THE 35 MINUITE TRANSIT BUT BOTH MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER WILL TESTIFY, WITH VIDEO, THAT THE TRUCKS SAT DOWN THE STREET, BACKED INTO A SIDE STREET, WAITING FOR THE THIRRD TRUCK, FOR AN HOUR AND 35 MINUTES!!! I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS OR THE PHONE CALLING UNTIL AFTER THEY WERE PAID! D- Not only did I pay almost $5,000 when the bid was for $2,500-$3,500

FALSE and MISLEADING ADVERTISING This company boasts their level of professionalism and care for the furniture and belongings of their customers, but this was far from our experience. When we hired Evolution, we let them know we had high expectations due to the value and beauty of our furniture and they assured us that it would all be taken care of, as if it were their own. We trusted them and believed their reviews. When it came time to move, much of our furniture (which we had explicitly stated we were concerned with damaging) was not even wrapped as it was loaded into the truck. Unfortunately we did not catch them in the act, and it was only after the move that we realized the very damages we were afraid of. Although the workers acknowledged their mistake, the company and its management have failed to deliver acceptable compensation. They were unable to fix the damages, and they threw the textbook at us by offering a few cents per pound on the furniture. We are incredibly disappointed and feel swindled by the only mover we ever hired. Be careful. This company talks a big game but they struggle to meet their own declarations of quality and care for the customer. In their words, "We knew this move was going to be tough.." "We are a small family business and we can only do so much ma'am." Our heirloom table and chairs are permanently damaged.

As soon as I contacted Evolution moving company team they scheduled an appointment and provided an in-home estimate that was accurate and affordable. People involved in the move were efficient and professional. Nothing can go wrong with them, this is for sure. The movers were very accommodating and willing to answer all my questions and address my concerns and I had a lot of them. I will be happy to recommend them to all my friends and all the people interested in hiring dependable movers at a good price. Thank you so much for making my move a breeze. You were a major support.

Evolution Moving Company is the company to choose. I have just used there services, and they did great. They were the kindest team of members.This is the first time in my life I have moved, so I had no idea what to expect. I've heard horror stories before. They wrapped all my furniture neatly and secure so nothing would break. They cleaned up after themselves, after the move and finished in a great time frame.

Three guys came out and helped us with our very heavy move. We have a lot of antique items. I was informed by my grandmother that we've had these items in our family for over 17 decades. all of her items were listed on an inventory sheet and loaded carefully on the truck. The movers were extremely Professional. Evolution moving Company is very great and we do highly recommend them. The guys did a great job I'm very happy that the turnout was as good as it was.
