First time using a moving company to relocate. I did ask some of my friends about Convenient Lifestyles Moving, so I called them to get prices on what it would cost, they were pretty helpful and gave detailed information with their quote. I didn't have too much stuff but 2-bedrooms and a living room worth of furniture. They packaged and wrapped everything fragile nicely and nothing was damaged in the move which I'm sure if I would have done myself it would have been a different story. I plan on moving again next year and will surely be going with Convenient Lifestyles Moving once more. Highly recommend to everyone looking to save time and headache of moving themselves.
These people scammed my parents blind. They arrived an hour late the day of the move- keep in mind there is a window of time to vacate the property that had been sold. Told my brother that since they were late they would pay him $20/hr if he helped. One of the movers stood around and talked on his phone the whole time. My brother worked harder than they did and he didn’t see a dime. Everything arrived 3 days later than promised, covered in scratches or simply broken. They won’t move anything until they are paid, and paid they were. TWICE as much as the original estimate. Promised to move furniture to their respective rooms and assemble them because they wanted to “make you (my parents) happy”. Wasn’t too interested in happiness at this point and tried to leave before moving/assembling everything! My parents didn’t even receive all of their possessions and the list is ever expanding. When contacted about this, the company asserts that “too much time has passed”. Horrible company with horrible ethics. Stay far away.
It is the second time using this company. Convenient Lifestyles Moving is very professional, and the rate is reasonable. I will continue to refer them to my friends and family. Great Service.
I used Convenience Lifestyles Moving Inc. after having a horrible experience with a previous moving company. I was skeptical about using any company but I knew I would be unable to pack my entire house and get my items and car and motorcycle to my new location in one trip. I researched multiple companies and decided to go with these guys. They were great from start to finish and I am so happy I found them! The people at the office as well as the movers were respectful, professional and hard workers. They packed and loaded my entire house within a few hours and gave me an estimated delivery date before they even left. Their office called me about 4 days into my move and let me know the truck was having issues but they expected everything to be fixed within a few days. I received an update the following day and they informed me the truck was fixed and they were back on track for my delivery. This ended up delaying my delivery by 3 days, which I was understanding about but still very inconvenienced. After I expressed my concerns to their office, they offered a discount and apologized multiple times. My items showed up in the same shape they left and the delivery crew was great as well. I would rate them 4 out of 5 stars.
I was very happy with the service Convenient Lifestyles Moving Inc provided. I’ve got a lot of helpful guidelines via phone when I first got in touch with their representative. My items were delivered on time as promised. There were no delays in spite of the bad weather conditions. There was a storm that morning and I thought that we were going to reschedule the move for another day, but it wasn’t the case. I really appreciate their timely approach and professional attitude. I have already recommended them to my relatives who are moving house soon. Just keep up the good work, guys!
