Do not use big orange moving company. I used them last week for a move from Morristown Tennessee to Hixson Tennessee the movers damaged my furniture I’ve tried reaching out 15 times. I’ve emailed pictures and receipts for the fixing of my lamp. I get nothing except leave message after message, no callbacks very unprofessional you pay the money for professional movers to protect your furniture. I could have moved the furniture myself and saved all that money just to damage it so I have damaged furniture I’m out $2700 for nothing.
For the second time in 2-1/2 years, we called on Big Orange Moving to handle all our household belongings. This time we had them load out of our longterm storage in Knoxville and into our newly completed home in Bean Station, TN. It was a long day with two trucks and four guys required for the move. Approximately 8-1/2 hours following the truck arrivals at Central Karns Storage, they pulled out of our driveway empty and exhausted. Dalton, Terrell, Liston and Gage did an excellent and careful job of loading and unloading everything for our 3 bedroom house. They took direction for placement of the stuff with a smile and were very courteous throughout the day. Thank you!
