Will you put this on Facebook and Google? I used this company to move me from a tiny 1000 square-foot home. My first complaint is that the truck was packed deliberately so they would need to come back twice. My realtor said she saw them packing the truck wrong. She also witnessed the employees take a gun that belonged to my grandfather, that was in a shadow box, and put it in the cab of the truck. When asked why they had my grandfather‘s collectible gun in the front of the truck, they said that their boss ( Raul) wanted to buy it. This is not true because the boss ( Raul) was not at the truck when they were packing my grandfather’s gun. When the employees moved my items into my new house, I had missing items, broken items, and they busted the glass out of my curio cabinet. The employees reported this glass incident to their boss Raul, whom on several occasions, told me he was waiting on a piece of glass to be delivered, and that he would come over and put the glass into the curio cabinet his self, so I asked him if I could get an estimate on the glass, and he kept using a Robo response of “I’ll call you back” but never did. This has been going on from November 7 when I moved into my new house, until now, November 28. I would like to at least get my curio cabinet fixed, and a discount off of them over charging me! I over heard their secretary say it was strange that the first and second day I was charged the same exact amount of $1,349.30 twice. I’m afraid they’re going to do this to somebody else. They are not to be trusted. They will steal from you if they get the chance, they will damage something special of yours, and they will never reimburse you for breaking your things. Also, they actually lifted a lid on one of my containers and was eating the cookies out of it. Horrible experience! I would like Raul to be held accountable for what his employees and he did. I think this moving company is a scam. I’m afraid of what they may do to somebody’s mother or grandmother. I want to be compensated.
