Nothing to say besides AMAZING! First of all the booking process was very quick and painless. Alex made it very easy and priced me at a reasonable quote. Communication was amazing as well. The pick up drivers were running a little late and I had both my sales rep and the drivers contact me to tell me that they were running behind. It was very refreshing. The actual loading was quick. I was told it would take about 3 to 4 hours to complete and they actually only took 2 hours!! They disassembled all my furniture and reassembled it at delivery. They worked in bad weather conditions without stopping and made sure everything was secure and packed accordingly. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
I recently contacted Orlando Express movers Inc. to unload a pretty large truck. I think it was 26 feet long. The guys that came were very hard-working and got everything done in such a fast manner. I think they showed up around 6 in the afternoon so it was getting dark. They did keep me updated in regards to what time they were coming, so I would not be worried. But it did get us a late start. I couldn't be too bad because they immediately started working and got everything done and a slightly reasonable amount of time.
The reason that I initially spoke to Orlando Express movers Inc was because of the reviews that I had previously read about them. It was one of the first companies that I came across where I wasn't frightened by what I was reading. I spoke to Alex and Ashley over the phone and it made me feel even more comfortable. He was later able to give me an image in Torrey in person for my move. The cost was lower than what I was expecting it to be, which was absolutely amazing to hear. A whole moving process went very smooth. It's a challenging time to go through but I believe if you have the right company it definitely goes a lot smoother. I'm glad that I chose Orlando Express.
