Other three companies didn’t even bother to give an onsite estimate. Instead, they insisted on providing a quote via phone. Maestro Movers rep was polite and patient. I asked him like million questions, and thanks to him I now have a better understanding of the overall moving process and additional moving fees I was expected to pay. I used Maestro Movers for my recent move from Long Island to Daytona Beach and I am very happy with their company. I spoke with a few different people and each of them were professional and friendly over the phone. The driver and his crew were great as well. They assisted me in finishing up some packing and made sure I understood the paperwork before I was required to sign it. I was able to call in at anytime and request updates and the driver called me and told me when to expect delivery. A few items showed up with minor scratches which I was later compensated for after going through their claims process. I would rate them 4 out of 5 stars for their overall professionalism and their great customer service.
