Diamond Pro was outstanding!! They were a little late due to a traffic accident, but kept in touch the whole time. I had 2 trucks and 5 movers. They were all amazing!! Everyone was professional and courteous, knew what to do, followed my instructions. Not one item damaged. Every box was placed in the right spot in my new home. They moved a huge, heavy armoire up and down right staircases like it was nothing - I seriously don't know how they did it!! I had never used movers before and was very nervous, but they made it so easy! I got a number of quotes for my move and they had extremely reasonable rates. The final price was close to the estimate, with some minor additional costs for needed supplies (extra boxes, wrapping, etc). Highly recommend!
These people are the worst. Do not do to business with them! They told me when I paid them the deposit that I would get a FULL refund if something changed within 24 months. Well, I decided to cancel with them. Tried to call them and get a refund but they wouldn’t answer. Then when they did answer they said they would call me back and never called me. Then when I did finally get ahold of someone they told me to send them an email with a cancellation request which I did. Then it took me forever to get ahold of someone again and they told me a completely different story. They said that I would have to cancel within 72 hours to get a refund. However, I contacted them within that time frame anyways and they gave me the runaround and now I know why. So I wouldn’t get the request in on time and they wouldn’t have to issue the refund. For the love of God, stay away from these people!
The furniture seemed to be well wrapped so I can only assume it was the loaders who did the damage by cramming too much into the van. My double dresser arrived with 3 our of 4 legs broke and also 3 legs missing from each of 2 night stands. My bed frame was lost entirely and I had to buy a new one. When I complained to the boss, he told me he was going to give ME a bad review for calling him at 5am on his cell phone. Those are the facts and I think they speak for themselves. I did get a good discount for booking well in advance, but when the furniture arrived I was charged $60 extra without explanation.

*WARNING* STAY AWAY!! (READ ALL & SAVE YOUR $MONEY$!!) I am a business owner and as a business owner I can tell you that this company is the biggest SCAM! Their whole business model is to quote you low, take 1/3 of your deposit which is nonrefundable, and when the movers get there they add on money on top because they say your items that you are moving take up too much space. I am a very detailed individual and gave them a list of my items along with measurements. When the movers got there they charged me an additional $2000 and they were LATE. On top of that they broke 7 of my items one being my adjustable bed worth $2000 and will only cover $60 for it because the insurance the movers MAKE you file a claim with covers only sixty cents per pound. I later found out that all the moving industries do is put fake reviews on google and other sites. Then when people like myself leave these types of comments they change the name of their LLC and start over. They are not even the actual movers. They contract your information out to another an actual moving company for a fee and that takes away all of the responsibility of them dealing with you when you have items damaged or loss. On top of that the movers were RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! Stay away from this company. Go with a business that will come out and give you an actual quote. It my be a little higher but at least it will be accurate. I have learned $2000 lesson!!! (not counting the items worth over $2000.00 that was damaged). I hope this truly saves somebody.
