This company really helped us with our move because our original moving company tried to change our pickup date a few days before our move and we were not able to accept that due to scheduling issues. We found Diamond Pro and they were able to pick us up on short notice and we even saved money versus the original mover. Everything went reasonably well, we would absolutely use Diamond Pro again in a future move. Hopefully we are not moving again for a while lol. Trent in customer service was very helpful whenever we called.
We were extremely satisfied with the team who moved our furniture. They picked up several pieces from my parents, who stated that, "the movers were outstanding in their strength and care." When they delivered the furniture to me, they were personable and took excellent care of everything. I would recommend Diamond Pro to anyone and would definitely use them again! Thank you!!
They are thieves. I recorded a video of everything I was moving and went over it in detail beforehand the movers came. I did this to make sure the quote got updated to a fair price for both parties before the movers came. When they got there, they came an hour late, and had a truck full of stuff from the previous move. They were very shady. Entered my home without masks and were smoking- they seemed like criminals. They eyeballed my stuff and estimated it at $500 more than the agreed upon quote. They did not have a tape measure and refused to let me measure it... The contractor that sold the job heard I was going to cancel, and started harassing me sending me walls of text about how I'm taking food off his table and how I don't deserve customer service. The owner of the company has my $600 deposit and will not give it back. Very sketchy operation- DO NOT USE.
