STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THIS COMPANY SUCKS. I SLEPT ON A MAT FOR OVER A MONTH BECAUSE THEY LIED AND IGNORED ME. They are manipulative, lying, thieves. This Was one of the worst experiences of my life. I have lived in three continents, three countries, multiple cities, and moved over 30 times in my life, and this was 1000% the worst experience of all. Unfortunately, it’s not even over.I am still waiting for my delivery, I am doubtful it will ever happen, and I am sure that the experience is only going to get worse. I wish I had done my due diligence better before signing an agreement with this awful company. If I can spare even one single person the pain, aggravation, and money, that this has caused me then justice will be served. Do you self a favor and do not believe a word this company tells you, you will lose many nights of sleep and many dollars to go along with it.I am surprised that no one has gone to the police or taken legal actions against this awful company. This will be my next steps.

Keep being told no truck has been assigned. Talked to customer service and was told I would get a call back in the afternoon. No call back and still no answer when our belongings will be brought to us. Over 3 weeks and nothing.!! Very upset no one can bother to get an answer but we're happy to take our money.

Stay away from this company. They are thieves and scammers. At the time of the sale, I was given every assurance under the sun by Samantha that they would take care of the move on the day we agreed upon - Dec 18th. She followed up with me every hour to sign the contract and pay the 1/3 estimate deposit. Once I sent in the deposit (1/3 of the estimated total), they vanished. It took multiple calls, texts and emails to hear back from them. When I heard back, they told me that the only day they could move me was on Dec 17th (the day of the major snowstorm in NY). They also said the only movers they could get were Golden State Movers (miserable reviews here: https://www.mymovingreviews.com/movers/golden-van-lines-llc-9484) Snowstorm notwithstanding, Dec 17 was not a viable option for my apartment building due to unavailability of the service elevator - the reason why Dec 18th was requested. After another round of multiple calls, texts and voicemails, finally on Dec 18, I was told they were scheduling my move for the following week - details unknown. I asked for confirmation of time as I needed to reserve the building elevator and we needed a certificate of insurance. They promised me they would assign a mover and the mover would be in touch. Did not hear back. Again, repeated texts and calls and no one responded or picked up the phone. I was incredibly disillusioned. I trusted them with my move and it seemed like all they cared about was the sale and not the delivery. Every time they didn't pick up the phone or told me they would call me back but didn't, I got more and more worried about how they could even take care of my move if they couldn't lock down a mover till the afternoon before a move (which is too late for a building where elevators need to be reserved and certificate of insurance are required). Moving is so stressful and challenging, and these guys made an already difficult time even more so. Since then, I've been promised a refund over multiple calls I've made. On Jan 10, I was told that the refund would show within 2 - 5 days. Since then I call and their phone number on their website gets redirected to a different entity. Comparing them to the moving company I finally had to book with later that week and that experience was - 1. 15 minute phone call where I gave them the list of items and they gave me a quote. We finalized date and time in this same call 2. Afternoon before the move, she messaged me to check and confirm 3. Movers showed up 1 hour earlier, and finished the move in 4 hours 4. I paid them the full amount (email me at [email protected] if you are looking for the name of this phenomenal, straightforward and reliable moving company) Stay away from Diamond Pro Van Lines. They have no control over the movers or moving companies and do not understand the challenges of moving in and out of cities and apartment buildings where elevators need to be reserved and certificate of insurance are required well in advance of the move.

The guys were very understanding and did everything they could to help me. Would definitely use this company again.

I hired Diamond Pro to move a bunch of my mother-in-law's stuff from her storage unit in Delray Beach to Charlotte. Most of the things in storage were items that my mother-in-law purchased with the intent to sell on eBay and so she was extremely adamant that none of these items get damaged in transit otherwise they would lose their resale value (even though 90% of it was junk anyway). The guys from Diamond Pro were true professionals in every sense of the word, they took every precaution possible. I would totally hire them again!
