DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY I had everything settled for my long distance move and when I asked three times to make sure everything was finalized I could not get a response. I finally reached someone who told me they “emailed” to tell me they no longer had the dates available. Matt was such a nice guy when he thought he was getting my business and became SO rude when I couldn’t understand what had happened. Awful people and company, save your money and go elsewhere.
It has taken me a long time to write this but as I continue to move through my new life I realize just how much was lost in the move. Tools stolen. Artwork, kitchenware, living room pillows all missing. Furniture and many other items broken. When I arrived at my new destination Doris at Xtreme Movers told me I had to pay an extra $750 to have them deliver all of my things to my house. I argued with them and their insurance company about the lost and broken articles and they offered me $98. I talked them into giving me back $530. In the end they sent me a check for $400 and told me they never agreed to more than that. They lied, stole from me, ripped me off. Worst company ever. Steer clear!
Have moved many times in the past and this was one of the better experiences. I always recommend choosing a local company when moving and Xtreme was the only one I got in touch with. Movers did a great job, would use again if needed.
I only had a few items to move so was very happy with the price. Everything arrived just as it left. Cant complain.
