I had a great experience with these guys they are very professional the sales guys are great and most importantly the mover are strong healthy and kind . To say that they did a good job is an absolute insult to what these guys do I really want to thank Xtreme movers for making this move so easy for me I definitely recommend to anyone out there looking for a reputable mover at a fair price

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!! WAS CONNED FROM ALL THE FAKE GOOD REVIEWS ON GOOGLE!! I WAS SCAMMED FOR OVER $10,000 AND THEY HELD MY BELONGINGS HOSTAGE UNTIL I PAID THEM!! THEY TOOK 20 DAYS FOR MY BELONGINGS TO ARRIVE FROM NEW YORK TO SOUTH CAROLINA. I AM 89 YEARS OLD WITH NO FAMILY AND THEY KNEW THIS AND USED IT AGAINST ME. THE FINANCIAL AND PHYSICAL STRESS XTREME MOVERS HAS CAUSED ME IS GOING TO TAKE PRECIOUS TIME OFF THE REMAINING YEARS IN MY SAD LIFE. IM SO SAD AND SO UPSET. I HAD 0 FAMILY TO HELP ME AND NOW IM VERY VERY VERY DEPRESSED AFTER WHAT THEY HAVE DONE.

PLEASE READ NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT THIS COMPANY AS THEY HAVE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS!!!! I had contacted Shawn who is a sales person who works for Xtreme Movers. First of all let me say id rather take 20 minutes out of my day to write this terrible review due to the fact others need to see how this so called company is ran. I was asked to provide a inventory list, in which I DID through TEXT in writing to SHAWN DIRECTLY. Then after considering the bad reviews, I trusted in this company to allow them to prove differently in which many seem to do. However that was not the case. The movers showed up and proceeded to say we didn't have this and that on the inventory list. HOWEVER i have TEXT MESSAGES to SHAWN stating what I had asked to put on the inventory list that was not included. Is there contracts, YES and READ THEM VERY WELL. They are extremely pushy, and will not allow you to read them. Per SHAWN " Just sign and we need the deposit today" I was charged about $2,800 extra to complete the move after we had given a deposit for $600. To remind you, we had also taken out more on our inventory list. But yet somehow ended up be significantly higher in moving cost. I had also called a day prior to move to verify everything, though ironically SHAWN was not in the office . Though he was out sick for 2 days from what his "manager stated", I had contacted him multiple times before that. He was clearly in the office as he mistook my name for another customer and advising her that he will have her documents sent out. So goes to show you, these " professionals" do not care once you have signed their contract because they know they are getting paid. Speaking with SHAWN i asked him if we would be able to have the move on the 4/5th as we were considering other options at the time. He had stated that could happen, "NO PROBLEM" we just need to pick up on the 27th. I called to verify where the movers will be delivering our stuff they stated they had not left and this was on the 4th and that the driver would leave in a couple days. Frustrated as I did not receive any updates and had to reach out to SHAWN to verify information multiple times. I spoke with a so- called "manager". Yes I called, and yes a very unhappy person and you could imagine why. I proceeded to be called "ghetto" on the phone, which is such an appropriate way to talk to your customers. Then I had been told that if i didn't want to calm down, she could "PLAY HER GAMES TOO" and stated that it is only a $35 fee each day to hold our stuff and not deliver it. and she was fine with doing that. She also stated that if i were to post "one bad review it isn't going to hurt her" All reviews are seem to be bought and FAKE. The negative ones are the ones you should watch for since they are all pertaining to the same thing. The movers finally got here on the 9th. I was offered a discount for $200. As if $200 would be much of a change from the $2800 they added on in the first place. She sent me a document to sign that stated if i accept the $200 discount then I would not be able to post any type of bad review or report them. It seems as though if you have to write a contract to someone in regards to them not reporting you, then you have clearly been in the wrong many times with customers. Furthermore, I did not accept the discount. Just like this manager had stated "it isn't going to hurt me" and that is how i feel about $200. I am a decent human being who also tipped her drivers because they were great. It is unfortunate that they work for such a loser company. They also state they have their own trucks, that a lie. They rent trucks from other companies and do not own anything of theirs from what I had seen this process. Though SHAWN told me they own all of their trucks. etc. Moving forward, just be careful.

Nick with Xtreme Movers was very professional; he handled things very well, and only took a few minutes to get me a quote. Nick was very patient as i listed all my furniture. Very detailed and didn't miss a thing, the movers were prompt and on time. The pricing was excellent, much lower and they stuck to the price they quoted us. These guys are the real deal. I packed my own boxes and they wrapped the furniture and loaded everything up for me. From start to finish the move went very smooth. The movers were professional and on time.

Xtreme movers are very experienced and well-organized professionals. Not only did they provide a timely and quality service, but also managed to solve some unexpected difficulties. Although I signed the lease with my new landlord I didn’t have access to the apartment when I arrived due to a misunderstanding. Luckily, xtreme movers arranged for a temporary storage unit so my items were kept safe while I was sorting out the matter with my landlord. The movers showed a great deal of professionalism and commitment. I couldn’t be happier with the way they treated me and my belongings. Everything was delivered in pristine condition.
