Picked up 1 Sept, Max 14 days for delivery, 23 days later load was still in Kansas warehouse. System down, driver assigned t don’t know when will leave. Notified delivery would be 26 Sept around 0900. Called at 0900, had flat tire, couldn’t get hold of dispatch to get someone to e fix but he was like 2 hrs away and would think he’d be here around 1200 or 1300. I called driver and he still couldn’t get hold of anyone fire roadside assistance, may be around 1900 or 2000 before he could get here. 2200 I called driver, someone else answered and asked if I was notified and I said no. He said driver would call me back in 5 minutes. He never did. I went to sleep. It is now 0900 the next day and still no word and still I furniture.

DON'T BELIEVE THESE FAKE REVIEWS!! Western Van Lines of FL (also Boise ID) are a SCAM! They picked up my items 3 weeks ago and now won't answer emails or calls. There's a large group of us filing a law suit due to fraud. Do your research. The company address is the address of the owner who has a criminal record and is for sale.The Boise address is a front and not occupied and the reps change their names and won't answer calls once a contract in place. Please file a report with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Motor Carriers and ALL Attorney Generals of each state (pick up, deliver and their states; FL, ID)!.

ZERO STARS. This company is horrible and full of lies. Their action verge on fraud and illegal if it doesn't cross the line. They are currently under investigation by the BBB, DOT, FBI, & IRS. allegations include hostage, fraud, breach of contract, negligence, gross negligence, payroll fraud, and tax fraud but I may have missed something. We have been continually lied to about our anticipated delivery date and were told by Laura a supervisor independent contractor in dispatch that our job isn't scheduled, will not be scheduled anytime soon, and she intimated that she will prevent our delivery from being scheduled until she is forced to. She also said that she would note in our file that no one could discuss our stuff with us except her since we were making a fuss. DO NOT USE OR RECOMMEND WESTERN VAN LINES.
This company is total trash, I would never recommend them to anyone. If I could give them a 0 instead of a 1 star review i would. It's been over 30 days since they moved my stuff and it's literally gone over one state. The communication has been even worse, and schockingly they never return any phone calls, emails, etc. Besides charging me an extra 1,200 above the quote, they are now 25 days late, probably end up being 40 days late over the estimated date delivery. They've blamed it on: Covid, wildfires, hurricanes, truck logistics and driver logistics. This has been mind blowing. And oh, for my inconvenience they may knock of $30.
