SCAM. This is the worst moving company, ever. My parents were moving from STL to KC, and they got connected to WVL via a moving broker who provided them a quote over the phone. WVL showed up the day they needed their items picked up and taken to storage and told them that the job looked way more expensive than they had been told originally and quoted them an additional $10,000 to move everything. My parents were in a panic since they were selling their house a week from the pickup date, and they agreed to allow the movers to just take the large, heavy items and take them to storage in KC. This was on August 3rd, and on September 8th they provided the delivery date to the home in KC of October 1st. The day of October 1st, we called and left several voicemails and emails to the delivery group that were never returned. I finally called the customer service line and got connected to a gentleman who found all our information, but he told us that they had 1-4 days to get items delivered from the delivery date requested. We kept calling back every day to finally find that they would reply in 5-7 business days, but they actually had (per the super fine print my parents were under duress to sign) 30 days to have the items delivered. Finally they call my parents on October 9th to say they will be there by 1 pm and they have to have the final payment in CASH for delivery to occur. Everything with this company is completely unprofessional and shady, and the lack of communication is not acceptable. We will NEVER recommend this company, and I will go out of my way to make sure everyone knows about our terrible experience.

Extremely poor customer service, no integrity, and lack of communication. DO NOT EVER use this company or it’s affiliates. My pick up was August 31, a month has passed 0 updates, 0 delivery ETA and no compensation. My initial inquiry started online and a representative by the name of Marty called me every single day anxious for me to sign a contract and submit payment. The day of my pick up they were hours late without any correspondence. The quote provided is definitely mislead and recalculated by the driver (doubling). I have had 0 communication with anyone. I’ve called numerous times, left messages, emails, hoping to receive my belongings. I finally spoke with a representative whom lacks interest or care about the situation and will manipulate the verbiage in the contract as if the company still has a “window” to deliver. Completely disappointed and robbed.

Worst moving company we’ve ever worked with. Without going into too much detail....they will draw you in with an amazing quote and a customer service person with a kind voice. Then they’ll stop communicating, confirm a move date that they will change multiple times (including the night before), break an incredible number of your personal items because they have zero respect for you or your belongings, lose multiple important items (I.e. golf clubs and the legs to a $1000 table), delay delivering your items over and over, try to scam you out of extra money the day of (confirmed that this was a SCAM by one of the actual movers), AND when you file a claim you’ll be offered $80 for everything. This was a nightmare experience. PLEASE do not give them your time, money, or let them destroy your belongings.

Company first quoted $5000 then day of when we didn’t have any other options they changed the charge to $13000. We had to make other arrangements for as much as we could but still had to use this company for the larger things. Then they were scheduled to deliver on 10/1 and never called, never showed up, ignored all phone calls and never called back. We found a different number online and got a hold of a very rude person who said they would show up one of the next 3 days and that we would just need to call them each day to check. I have no faith my stuff will show up and if it does it will likely be damaged.

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I did research before booking and did not see any bad reviews. I had my stuff picked up in Seattle after the timing they said, provide great customer service on the front end and once they had my stuff, have been horrendous. It has been over 3 weeks since my stuff was picked up in Seattle and should have delivered in Georgia. When trying to call or email, there is no response and no one to get in touch with. My sales guy's number is no longer in service. I am just praying at this point I get my stuff at all.
