The company brokered our move to FL from ID, but could not get a truck to show up. They offered a refund within 10 days. Its been a month and repeated calls generally unanswered. I am trying this platform for answers and giving them a chance before moving on with other reviews and complaints more aggressively. We need answers and get none. We are patient enough and now time to pursue this further.
It has now been 2 months since a refund was promised and never paid. This company is a scam and I believe anyone who falls for the bogus 4+ reviews is going to be sorely disappointed. They are engaged in a fraudulent business and are exposed to interstate fraud.
Everything accurately complied with how it was scheduled. So, it was efficient and convenient to move from WV to TX. professional movers. This company is excellent for any type of move. Highest recommendations from my side!
