DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Why don't they have a 0 stars rating? Just like another review below, they didn't call me, I had to call them on they day they were suppose to arrive, to find out that they had no driver to pick up my stuff. No apology and after ten minutes someone got on the phone and told me they would cancel the contract and refund my money. It's been over six weeks. Each time I call I get a different name, although the voice sounds the same. Transferred to someone that never picks up or calls back. In desperation I called the number of my sales person. Disconnected number. I called his sales manager. Disconnected number. I called the sales manager's assistant. Disconnected number. I am guessing that these people got smart and left this crooked company. Now I am reading the reviews below, which are all in the last few weeks and I am getting more concerned. I had another company do they same thing (Vintage Movers, which I now find out is run by the same people), but had charged the deposit on my credit card. I was able to contest the charge and get my $1450 deposit charge cancelled. But US Standard would only accept a wired $2100 deposit. This was a big mistake. I tried really hard to be smart. There are seven 5 star reviews below. Either these people were lucky or these reviews are planted. I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Surely they will have to go out of business, but then they will probably start another under a new name. Disgusting people, all of them!

BEWARE This company borders on fraud and their policies are definitely criminal. I made a booking with them a couple of months ago to move me from one state to another. I wasn't sure of exactly when I was moving, but I wanted to get on the books. This week, I learned that I wouldn't be moving the time I gave them. I called several times unable to reach anyone. I left a message with no response. I even sent them an email - still no response. All I was trying to do was to give them notice so I wouldn't stay on their books for the original date. When I signed up I thought their refund policy was much like everyone else's. After all the sales rep said I could receive a partial refund all the way up until the last week before the move., but they would deduct 10% for some stupid thing. In my case, it was going to be $90. After deciding to cancel the service, I discovered they give you 72 hours after the booking to decide if you want to keep them or cancel. Then, even if they do refund the money, they do take out 10% of it to withhold. Consequently, they have my $900 and now I am having to make up that loss before I can move. People, research, research, research prior to hiring a mover. It is because of movers like this one that gives all movers a bad name.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! They cancelled THE DAY of my move, with no notice (I had to call), no apologies, and the rudest person (Mia Crite), who claimed to be a manager. Still haven't received my deposit back. In hindsight, I should have checked their BBB review... no surprise it's an F.

This is a broker and they have no control over the moving company that picks up your stuff. They have hidden fees, they don’t explain all the things that will be charge at the time movers arrive.. they will tell you everything you want to hear and make it sound simple and that your things will arrive on time when is not true… hired them and had my stuff picked up 10 days before flighting date and it already being 3 weeks past and no one is getting back to you. Call none stop and none answer… the rep that was helping with the quote is no where to be found, number he used to called is disconnected. When you tried calling the moving people they will tell you they have up to 30days to deliver and would not give you a confirm date… don’t fall for this company is a scam… they will take you money without any responsibility of what happen to your stuff l..

NEGATIVE STAR! A complete fraud. They will tell anything for you to release the ridiculously high deposits. Cancelled work order and refuse to honor the contract to return the deposit. They are a broker company and subcontracts movers with no accountability. They will promise anything to get you to release those funds to them. If you talk to any reputable moving company, they do not demand high deposit, 1/2 of total moving costs, up front. The ask from reputable movers is $100 deposit. STAY AWAY please and save yourselves.
