Everyone we came in contact with at Quality Moving was top notch. The Moving crew was fantastic and took care of our stuff!! Our coordinator was also very helpful and followed up to make sure all questions were answered. We would highly recommend Quality Moving experts!

DO NOT USE AT ALL COST! They started by calling me, taking an inventory over the phone(not video) and giving a very attractive quote. They take their deposit of $1200 and you are left to believe you are in good hands. Then the days before the move, they call again, take an over the phone inventory(again, not video) and increase the price. With the price increase, they charge you an increased deposit of $925. Next up is moving day. The movers call you and give you a 2 hour window of arrival. 30 minutes AFTER the window, they show up and begin to do a physical inventory of what was just done over the phone. The movers try to tell you that they can only pack the goods 5' high and it's going to be over triple what you were originally quoted. Being that the new amount is over $12k, you begin to ask questions. The mover is estimating items twice as big as they are, and then when confronted about the size, he claims that "I'm just the worker, I come to pack the truck". I proceed to call the office, at this point is after hours and takes over an hour to speak to someone. While on the phone with customer service, the mover decide on their own to just leave. This all left us high and dry needing to be out of the house in 2 days. They wanted to try and send out another moving company, but it was past the date that we needed to be out of our house and after this experience had lost Alot of trust in this company and the ability to complete this move without doubling or tripling our cost. I have payed over $2200 in deposits that they refuse to return because it's been spent trying to coordinate the move. We will be taking them to small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY!

From the original contact and meeting with our Estimator to the men on the moving crew, we had nothing but a positive experience. Pricing was fair and better than four competitors' bids. The estimate of the number of boxes we would need for our self-packing plan, and the estimate of the total number of hours for loading and unloading was right on the mark.

This company is a SCAM. In January Quality Moving Experts sent a moving company (Evergreen) that tried to upsell me and when I refused they left and did not come back - literally left me at my storage facility with fifty boxes. The second company (MissionTransportation) they sent the following week did not have any intention of delivering my items (though QME repeatedly told me my items had been packed on a truck awaiting delivery). For months I kept on Quality Moving Scammers and they kept assuring me my items were on the way. After FOUR months and no delivery I located my goods in a warehouse in San Diego and hired another company to get them to Wisconsin. When my shipment arrived I found out someone had stolen my golf clubs (not fancy but they’re important to me). I have the photos and inventory with the clubs on them. They’ve not yet replaced my clubs. Unfortunately: After all the headaches and delays QME is refusing to give me my deposit of $1034 back unless I sign a settlement agreement holding them harmless. Nope not going to sign. I’d rather risk losing my deposit so I can warn other innocent customers. I’m not sure they’re even a moving company. THEY ARE A SCAM. Avoid this company at all costs.

They are thieves. I asked God, why there is not justice? Why these people made our Christmas a nightmare? Please do not do business with “quality moving experts”.
