The movers worked really hard and safeguarded our possessions well. Please don't use this company. This moving company is a broker. QM gets your deposit they then subcontract out to a moving company. Bad experience with them . I moved from minneapolis mn to Dallas TX on Sept 2nd I'm still waiting to hear back from Global moving LLC about my arrive date just alot of heads and stress I received 2 differentpick up times im at the Airpirt they call saying theyre 1hr out i had akready had my neighboron the look out fir 2 days to ket them inside to load my items was tokd 7 to 14days its been 10 days havent head nothingback . They give you the run around . Quality Moving when I call them they got the nerve to say , you have to contact G Moving well its seems like you would at least try to find out info about my delivery i started out up with hiring you to be in charge of the move. Once you give them your deposit its out of their hands they will email your stating someone from such and moving company is handing your acct . Stay away from Quality Moving .
My 20-year-old active-duty son used this service. You had to use a credit card for your down payment to book the move (fine) but, you can only pay with cash at the end when your stuff is delivered. All I am going to say is that there is a reason they have an F rating and are unaccredited with the Better Business Bureau. What a Horrible Experience, changed my pickup date for 2 day's later ON the day of the pick up!! Ruin ALL my plans and caused a MAJOR Headache!! They will hear from my Attorney's, since they stressed that I wouldn't be entitled to a refund of over $3,000 even though they failed to meet their end of the contract!
I had a good rapid move,They were on Time,and they all worked together as a group. . They were right on time, professional and very careful with all my items. Very happy with the service.
