I'd like to do my review in the form of a joke because that's what this company is. Q: What do you call a moving company that cancels your move at 4:41 PM on a Saturday when you have a pickup scheduled for Sunday/Monday? A: Expo Van Lines! Actual review: I set up a move on May 27th to take place July 11th or 12th. That is six (6) weeks in case you're counting. That's 6 weeks to tell me that they can't get anyone in my area and allow for me to reschedule or change companies. Instead, I get a phone call at 4:41 PM on July 10th to tell me my move is cancelled. I don't even get the courtsey of having all day Saturday to scramble for a solution to the fairly large problem that has now fallen into my lap. Completely unprofessional and entirely shameful behavior. What an absolutely monsterous thing to do. 0/10 please save yourself the hassle of a last minute scramble. I'm looking forward to moving 1,200 miles with only what fits in my car now. What an utter joke of a company.
Great job guys, Alex, William, and Lee are great. They got everything moving from VA to IN in 4 hours. They were very professional, efficient, and worked well as a team. Alex was critical in delegating the work while ensuring our furniture was disassembled, wrapped, and loaded with care. I will definitely use them. Highly recommend them!
David is an awesome guy. It was my first time using a storage facility, but the entire experience didn't feel bad at all because of the customer experience. They are the best of the best in every way. They really feel pride in taking care of their customers. I would like to say use their service!

Horrible. Things started off great. I loved the company and was excited to have them as my movers. They did not follow through. They cancelled my out of state whole move the DAY before and said they would not be able to move me. They broke a lot of promises. Also, they had more than enough time to tell me they were unable to move me but waited a day before. Also, I had to reach out to them about it . I had to pay over $3K to find a way to move out of state the next day so that I could start my new job on time. They promised a refund by a certain day and I still have not gotten that.
