These people are thieves! I canceled my job on March23, 2022. It took seven days and threats of complaints before they responded and said my refund was approved and it would take 15 business days for my refund. That would have placed my refund date at April 13th. It’s almost May and I can’t get them to respond to an email. I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as many of their customers have. No matter what you do, DO NOT GIVE THEM AN ELECTRONIC CHECK OR YOUR BUSINESS. You will regret it. I’m still waiting on my $1000!
Worst company ever. When things go bad they ghost you- took my money, and lied repeatedly. Service is horrific, communications non existent. Starting consumer fraud class action lawsuit. Respond if you were also lied to and defrauded.
Beware! I spent many hours meticulously going through dates, inventory and sent them almost $3K in deposit money. They completely no-showed the day of the move. The acted like they were just running late but ultimately admitted that they had no truck in the area at all. I had to be out of my house that evening so it put me in a VERY bad situation. I spent many many hours trying to get a refund but they claimed that I cancelled my move which is a complete lie and won’t refund my deposit. These people will cheat you out of your money and have no remorse. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away. I have no idea who they are getting to write any favorable reviews because I believe them to be at a criminal level and should not be in operation. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and a big financial hardship. This company should be shut down and they should be in jail.
