WOW, I'm actually surprised that things went so well because I see some horror stories on here. I don't know how that happened because my move went so well. I rate the Adams Van Lines 5/5 by far, hands down, no questions asked.
We were very pleased with Adams Van Lines service. Michal and his team are the best. I have worked with them 3-4 times. They are always on time or early. Very professional, and the estimates are accurate. Moving is stressful, and they made it so much easier for us.!
This was the WORST company to work with for a love. The levels of miscommunication between their departments was horrible. Please do not utilize this company as it is broker service and does not know how to effectively communicate reliable information. Inventory count on pick up was incorrect. Additional fees that were added post the numerous calls.
