They are subcontractors that hire a local company to provide labor to load your stuff on an Enterprise truck, take to a warehouse where they unload it so they can go pick up someone else's household items, go back to that warehouse to reload your items, drive all to Las Vegas, Nevada to another warehouse where your furniture/stuff is unloaded again! Event after they hire different guys to load you stuff on another 18 wheeler van, they haul your stuff a few other places before finally, a few weeks after the promised delivery date a different truck with a driver shows up telling you the cost of unloading you're stuff will be $500-600 more because he had to hire 6 guys to he!p him unload your stuff! This is after United Pro had sent you info saying yoh have to have cash or PO money order in the amount $2856.25 to give the driver before he unloads! Being a 75 yr old from female, 76 yr old husband w/dementia and having to put all these expenses on a credit card; I told him to keep everything on the truck, do not unload it, I don't want it. It's all old, used, and can be replaced for less than the $2,856.25 cash I had to put on my credit card to give to him. It took them 3 hours to unload the truck. The guys were all very nice, very polite and did a good job of unloading our stuff which had several items damaged in the lengthy unnecessary process everything went thru!😫😖
Team members were super-efficient, courteous and had great attitudes. Everything was moved quickly and with great care. Definitely recommend them!
