Don’t use this company read the contract they tell you one thing on the phone but don’t tell you they are a broker and lead you to believe they are doing the move . They are not . You go over a list of items and quoted a price the day of your price is raised considerably even if you know your within the cubic feet . The keep your down payment, it’s really a scam they keep themselves protected and don’t do as they say they will. You have only 3 days to cancel and the moving company they broker out to you have no idea their name prior or any time to review their reviews if their are any . Mine was Essential Moving Inc and had no reviews to see if any pamphlet given to me about their service. Don’t use this company they are all about greed and only getting their money not about the costumers they serve they don’t care you can’t pay the extra funds the day of your out of luck, they say you’ll get another truck but won’t support their original bid you end up in that truck claiming the same issue , it’s how they really make their money.Even if you can prove your load is in its original cubit foot limit. They guarantee NOTHING! Your basically throwing your money away, no protection for your move.

Entrusted is a moving broker. I ended up having Jackson Movers move my home items. My wife's grandfather clock was damaged and does not work. Also 3 other items were damaged. Entrusted gave an estimate which is used to get you to sign the contract. I will NEVER have a moving company move my items again. Jackson Movers was subcontracted to moved our stuff into a van and came back with another color van to bring our stuff to our new home. When asked they said they bring it to a storage facility and then reload it when they deliver it. They didn't treat our stuff as if it was there own. Far from it. Go with someone else. They are just a broker as I said before. Also with the items damaged I was sent a link from Entrusted which said you only get 1 claim which I thought was 1 claim per item. Then I hear it's 1 claim per move with all the damage on it. So I just mentioned the grandfather clock on this damage report link and then they want all the paperwork sent along with the claim whichI have a hard time sending paperwork. All being said the experience was bad and trying to recover for this loss is worse. Save yourself some aggravation.and find another reputable mover.

Terrible service. Held furniture for over a month past guaranteed delivery date and then driver demanded 50% more due in cash at delivery or would not open the truck.

After a great and straightforward conversation with Entrusted Van Lines LLC, the boys moved all my belongings without a hitch. Though I was anxious about the transfer, they made the process easy for me. They were kind and efficient as they boxed up all of my belongings. For your upcoming move, I strongly suggest employing their services. I will remember these points.

Shawn, who is quite adorable, coordinated the process of moving. A real-life king! The actual movers were kind and helpful. They did what they set out to do, and they did it with grace and efficiency. In the future, if I ever need a moving company again, they are the first ones I will call.
