Every 1 star review on here is 100000% accurate!! This is a scam company that you should stay way away from. The company’s they hire are nothing more than scam artist. They are never there for you when you need them like they claim on the contract. They are on the verge of losing their license and are currently under investigation for breach of contract, and unethical business practice to name a few. I am a lawyer with Gilbert & Sons and I’m the process of suing them. If anybody has had similar issues please reach out to me 2017255410

DONT USE. Entrusted subcontracted to a company called Sam and Sons who wanted to charge me more than I was quoted by Entrusted ( this was Entrusted’s fault as they measured my stuff incorrectly ). My items were picked up in October and still not here ( currently Nov. 14 ). I have now submitted a police report with the NJ North Arlington Police department and the officer told me there are MULTIPLE reports about both these company’s!!! Don’t use!!!!!

ENTRUSTED NOT TO BE TRUSTED This past June, my son and daughter-in-law decided to move to Nashville, TN. We contacted Entrusted Van Lines. Since my wife and I were helping pay for the move, we were given a quote of $4925.89. We explained that they had to report to work on Aug 15th We were told by the Entrusted customer service rep that it would be no problem. When the movers arrived on Sunday, Aug 7th, they demanded twice the amount we were quoted. They also demanded to be paid in cash or by money order. We did not have the money. After several hours of dealing with Entrusted customer service reps, I told them that we were going to cancel. I was then told that we would lose our $1900 deposit. I began typing a letter to the Better Business Bureau. As I was typing, I received a call from an operations manager named "Danielle". She offered me $900o towards the move, for all of the inconvenience, if we let them do it. lagreed. Movers from East West moving arrived on Tues day, Aug 9th, (Entrusted does not own a moving van). They charged my son an extra $500 but we didn't have a choice. We expected delivery on Aug 13th and called on Aug 12th to confirm. We were told that the movers had a "window" of between 5 and 30 days. Again, after several hours of calling on Aug 12th, we received a call from Danielle saying that she could have it there the next day. When we contacted East West moving to confirm, we were told that it was going to cost us another $500 or the furniture would not be delivered. Again, we had no choice. In the meantime, I was still waiting for my $900 that I was promised. After returning home on Aug 15th, I again called Danielle about the $900. On Sept 14th I was offered a refund of $300 which was $600 short of what I was promised. I again spoke with Danielle on September 21st and was told that she would see what was going on and call me the next day. When I did not hear from her on the morning of Sept 22nd, I called the company and was told that she no longer worked there. It was a nightmare! Do Not Use This Company. They are totally unprofessional. They will not give you an accurate quote or delivery date. They have been reported to the BBB.

Fraud - scam - unethical. Those are the nicest words I can come up with. This company first off hooked us up with a fraudulent mover ….. that went bad fast. Then once I finally got a man that called himself a supervisor at Entrusted to agree that it was a bad situation (his name is Jonathan P. ) and approve a refund in writing of our deposit, then we never got the refund. And, Jonathan won’t return phone calls, text messages or emails. The customer service department won’t answer the phone. So - not only was the actual mover they assigned to us a fraud in Phoenix, AZ - but I strongly feel Entrusted is also a large scale scam. I would be thrilled to get a call, apology and my money back from someone at Entrusted, but at this point I am not holding my breath. The refund was approved in writing on 10/10/22 and I’ve received zero additional communications from anyone at all at Entrusted. Entrusted apparently can’t be TRUSTED! Stay far away from this company.

This is one of the worst companies you could ever work with. They make false promises, lie, hold onto your stuff for weeks longer than they agree to and deliver it broken!!! Working with them was devastating for me and my family. They currently owe me $- they promised to reimburse me $ for being over charged at delivery. The only reason that I ever paid them extra was because they otherwise refused to unload my stuff. They held my stuff hostage for weeks- telling me “ its coming tomorrow” and never showing up. Asking for more Money in between- all these hidden charges. They promised to reimburse me after I paid, required me to get the reimbursement form notarized ( which I did) and are now refusing to pay me. Please listen to me- this company is evil and traumatic to work with. I am currently filing an insurance claim because half of my stuff showed up broken after weeks and weeks of upset. Never ever work with them and spread the word! Im so mad at myself for not researching them more before.Run!!!!!
