The people that packed and load our belongings were great. As were the people that delivers the goods. The problem we had is that they transfer the goods to different trucks along the route. We did not receive some dishes, pots & pans and our Samsung smart television. The claim process is a nightmare, e-mails and phone calls go through a third party and that’s when the “RUNAROUND “ starts!! If you’re moving, be sure to shop around and ask about their claims department and customer service. There is not user friendly.

Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a scam. I had to involve the police to get my stuff back after fraud, forgery, and no services being rendered. I wish negative stars were possible because they don’t deserve 1 star. First off they are a broker they don’t do anything but take your money and then leave you out to dry. All of the five star reviews have to be fake. I will admit they have good sales personnel but if it seems too good to be true it is because it is. They paired me with a company called Rambo 121, and told me my stuff would be picked up on October 1st and delivered by October 14th. I had already arranged for it to be move from South Carolina to Europe on a ship on the 14th. They it wouldn’t be a problem. Well all I had was problems from October 1st. Rambo 121, forged all the documentation from the contracts, to the insurance options, to the bill of lading. I informed Entrusted on October 3rd when I found out they had done that. Entrusted basically called me a liar and didn’t care that the carrier they paired me with clearly had no ethics. My stuff was NEVER DELIVERED. As a matter of fact it never left Oregon. After I spent a weeks trying to get a hold of Rambo 121 and Entrusted for an update, I finally involved the police and only at that time was I able to get an update. 31 days later Rambo 121 and Entrusted gave me access to get my stuff out of the storage unit it was being stored but both told me I would not receive a refund because my stuff was picked up and once it was picked up they were no longer responsible for what happened to it and or my experience. So I am out $2700 and back to square one of trying to get my stuff moved from its original location. They also tried to blame it on other companies. Horrible customer service. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN.

My so called Personal Moving specialist, Alex, refused to call me back. When I did reach him, I was told that he was working with existing customers and to call the service line. Considering I tried reaching him several times? F for customer service. Then I find out they are a broker and subbed my work out to Mover Van Lines. They called, stated they would be there between 1-3pm. 1230pm... i get a call, " we didnt know we had to move you today and we are busy. if you would like to cancel let us know. otherwise it will be 3-5. At 230 pm... a text stating they gave them another job in between the one they are on now and mine. so we are looking at 7pm, then 8 pm, then 930pm rolls around and I get a text.... if you want to do this tomorrow? Well We were leaving in the morning. The 2 men they sent werent prepared for us. They didnt have enough room on the truck to get everythng in, seeing as how the last persons furniture was all over the back of the truck thrown around. They jig saw puzzled our stuff on to half the space they should have had. Super nice guys tho.. Then when they are supposed to deliver on the 1st... turns out the 1st is just a suggestion. 7 Days later.... they came yesterday. It was, Hi ma'am, any steps cost an addditional 75 dollars per 7 steps. In cash, thanks. They took my stuff on a box truck and delivered it on a 53 foot semi. Which they refused to drive in the complex. Now my options are : storage room and they dump my stuff in there and done. Or i pay an additional MINIMUM of 500 for them to 'ferry' my stuff back and forth by renting a uhual. OR I can go rent a uhaul truck and they load it to the uhaul and not into my house like i paid for. The driver was a rude jerk. The 2 helpers told us that he switched from the box truck that would have fit in the neighborhood where i live to a semi. The semi would have fit, he simply wasnt skilled enough to get it in there and out. They DUMPED all my stuff into a uhaul and bolted. I have a broken curio cabinet, an entire set of glass dishes, 7 out of 8 glasses, sugar containers, my pie plates, and nearly every single one of my boxes that i bought BRAND NEW from uhaul... look like someone ran over them. they are crushed and all misshappen. This was the worst experience ever. I am pregnant and they will never get my business or anyone I know. The hidden fees on this is ridiculous and so is your customer service.

STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Booked service with them, gave a quote, manager came on after the quote given blaming the girl for mispricing us because she was new. Accepted new price and then they gave me a 3 day window for move. Never communicated with me when drivier was coming (was told they would reach out before movers came) - i had to constantly reach out for updates. Then on DAY 3 of window i was told they couldnt reach the driver and he was MIA. So they had to find me a new driver and asked me to extend my window to 4 days. I did and then day 4... NO COMMUNICATION AGAIN - so i called them and they told me driver was in TX they have to find me a new one again..... I had to find a new company because these idiots couldn't fulfil their obligations to me. They blamed moving company - moving company blamed them. Communication is terrible - they lie to you to get your money then leave you to drown. I demanded a refund which they were hesitant to give me - and went with someone else. STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY!~

Overall zero stars but not an option!This company is vile and disgusting. THANK GOD the law changes effective Jan 2023 The GIG is up! Companies like this will have to disclose they are nothing more than filthy thug brokers, taking hundreds from you to setup an actual mover. The ones who do the work have to break the bad news to you. The movers you could have gone to directly and saved hundreds if not in the thousands. DO NOT use this company. They are corrupt scammers!
