This was a very stressful time for me and my kids. We were uprooted due to personal reasons and had days to vacate. I was on a strict budget, but had to move. I called several companies trying to get quotes, but I felt pressured by every single one of them including this company. The reason I chose them was because they explained to me why it was very important for me to get my move booked. When the guys showed up, I forgot about a patio set on my back porch and thought this is when the horror stories I read about happen, but they did not charge me for it. Great company!
FRAUDULENT COMPANY***** Everything I own is missing and no one from this company has the mental capacity for basic communication. They continue to change my delivery date even though they are way past the LEGAL DELIVERY TIME IN THEIR OWN CONTRACT. I believe that my things have either been stolen or lost. This company also claims to be a carrier, this is a lie, they are a BROKER. If you use this company you are a fool. Everything I own is literally missing and no one will tell me where my things are.
This company uses the system of quoting a realistic price and then while making the move the NOW cost has all of the hidden cost and sets up the customer once your items are loaded on their truck. This is a rip-off system of doing business.. I was quoted a price based on 400 cu.ft of 27 plastic boxes including 1 bike & 1 golf bag from NJ to Florida., The cubic ft was under 300 until their truck was loaded. Since the workers control the way the items are loaded, I am then charged for 600 cu ft.. Aside from that, all kinds of unknown charges are then added, fuel surcharge, 1 box $75. $Binding cost??? $300, overtime charge of $250 which I was never informed of this, so the workers control the time and the customer is stuck. So, a quote of $1505 now becomes $2900. though the workers spent more time on the phone then working. I don't get the high reviews from other customers, If I could have, I would have had my possessions removed from their truck and would have gladly paid another honest mover $4000 to get my stuff to Florida. If you want evidence of this experience I encounted today, I have 6 separate pages of costs given to me by the foreman aside from the original qoute.

Excellent service. The movers arrived on schedule. They treated my stuff with great care. I am really happy with the service and nothing was destroyed and cracked. They complete my move stress free, and I heartily recommend them.
