Although our company is a newly established we have 10+ years of experience that range from the actual handling of antiques and furniture to coordinating residential and commercial relocations for both brokers and moving companies.
White Glove Relocation Group prides itself on the transparency of our services and operations to our customers to both educate and ease the transition into their new home.
Our Services
The Moving Coordinator sets up your estimate and goes through your inventory in detail, packing, valuation coverage, all included services and potential additional services so you don’t ever have to worry about hidden fees.
Verification confirms all of the information on your contract provided from your Moving Coordinator including scheduled dates, COI’s, addresses, services, packing, forms of payment and what to expect. That will be followed up with be followed by a verification complete email.
Quality Assurance is your security for accurate inventories. If your furniture isn’t a standard size and your worried about cubic footage increases, truck space, your adding and removing items, or believe items need special handling that will be taken care of with a scheduled call. The job of Q.A is to either video chat, request pictures and finalize your inventory to industry standards.
Customer Service provides the essential information to our customers and are equipped to answer all question from the more frequent to the most difficult. They are also trained to solve most issues within a few calls. All documentation that needs to be prepared and signed are handled through them. They will properly transition you from our care to one of our network of movers while making you feel like the expert in the industry.
The final step in this process is to provide our customers with a Service Fulfillment Form. This is a checklist of each step in the process to prepare you for your moving date which includes providing needed information about your carrier. Whether or not all steps were completed prior to completing the form we can recap missed information.

I was quite grateful that a close friend of the family suggested White Glove Relocation Group LLC. This company has the greatest and most professional staff in the company. They made my move from AR to GA easy by helping me pack the truck and securing my stuffs before move. Besides, they did an excellent job.
We just relocated from IL to MD and our team (William and his team) from White Glove Relocation Group LLC did a phenomenal job! They packed up our 2-bedroom apartment (with all of our things including many wine glasses) and we were unpacking in our new place. The team was super professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them if you are considering a move!
Alexander and his team did a great job. Wrapped almost everything and then handled it with care. Highly recommend their company, but more so Alexander and his team. They were moving my daughter’s stuff from GA to TX.
Did not provide services. Told me I can cancel within 24 hours yet refused to refund. Did not provide me with an exact time and date of a move when I needed results asap as I was already delayed and out of time from a previous moving Broker. No one reached out directly o the phone as to negotiate especially the same person Philip Williams who told me he would help me every step of the way. Under delicer on the promises. Charles Williams is now emailing me back about not honoring my refund request due to less than 5 day window. That was nowhere in any form or agreement. Very shady deceptive practices to hold onto much needed moving funds and not deliver on service.
They were punctual and polite. They had amiable and outgoing personalities. In other words, their behavior showed they were satisfied to be there and desired to help. They were competent and dismantled, furnished correctly, and wrapped each object cautiously. There were no scratches or harm to furniture pieces and other sensitive gadgets like my TV speakers. If wanted, I may be using them in the future and could recommend hiring them in your moving needs!
