Avoid at all costs! They jacked up the price once the cancellation period was over. They picked up our possessions on 9/4 and we still don't have them. Customer service isn't able to tell us when we'd get them back. In addition to paying more than the estimate, we've also had to buy new furniture just so we aren't sleeping on the floor.

We made the decision to hire United Nation Van Lines this time to move us from Atlanta, GA to Chicago, IL because they had been so fantastic the previous time, too. The actual movers we got were different, no surprises, but had the same strong work ethic that made for a fast and seamless move. Of course, as a customer you wish that they were cheaper but I would still stick with them for my next move because there is peace of mind in knowing you are dealing with professionals.

This 5 star review is based on my move from Philadelphia to Long Island, NY using United Nation Van Lines as our movers only (I did the packing myself). As a single guy, I don’t have much stuff and was actually downgrading from a 2-bedroom apartment in PA to my own studio apartment in NY. The entire move was so simple and so quick that I could hardly believe it. The men arrived, loaded up the boxes as arranged and were all done within an hour! The same thing happened with unloading. Sheer perfection and professionalism in action.

In a sentence, United Nation Van Lines is just hard to beat. From their work ethic to their moving gear to their vehicles, everything is top notch. The people who work behind the scenes in their office are no slouches, either. I have always had the best conversations with them whenever I need anything clarified. There’s just this openness with which they work and communicate that inspires a lot of confidence in me as a customer. I may be tempted to use other moving companies if I get a really fantastic deal but otherwise, United Nation Van Lines tops the list.

Very happy with the great deal United Nation Van Lines gave me just out of the blue – it makes it all that much easier to give 5 stars to a company that has always deserved 5 stars anyway. They were helping us move out of our house in Charleston, SC (that they moved us into last year!) to a 4-bedroom home in NY. This company ticks all the boxes. The sales manager is a wonderful person who considers every bit of logistics to get you where you need to go quickly and without drama. The movers always arrive on time and get the move done within the time they estimated, and it’s the same with delivery. The movers are friendly, hardworking pros. Perfect move.
