It is also their sales team that handles customer service, etc. They were so good with their pitch! No, not because they were very ‘sales-y’ but because they were so open. Their team was willing to explain how they charge for each package and how to avoid extra charges by choosing the right one. It’s really something if a company can spend time to ensure their customers do not overspend. They have my 5-star review for this move and my business for next time.

I had settled in my MD home and thought I wouldn’t move again until recently. Because of that, I had not used movers for many years. When I hired United Nation Van Lines last month, I was surprised to find how much the industry has improved since all those years ago. The movers were polite and listened to our instructions. They were willing to try things our way even though they had much more experience. Prices have definitely risen since the last time I hired movers but it seems that the quality has gone up as well. I would use them again.

The moving crew deserves a special mention for their work on the job but I would definitely also include their customer support team in the accolades. I think they are very well-priced for what customers get in return.

United Nation Van Lines’s moving crew turned up with well-known branded stuff that you know will be good and will secure your things properly. Then there is their attire. With the crew all dressed in clean, identical uniforms down to the shoes, you can be sure you are dealing with professionals. Their work ethic and demeanor does the rest. With United Nation Van Lines, they display all this and more. I am happy to give them my business because I get such good value every time. We were moving from Seattle, WA to San Francisco, CA.
